Tracking my mood every day for 1 year

I tracked my mood every day in 2024 in a spreadsheet.

At the end of every day, I recorded a number from 1 to 5, where 1 was a terrible day and 5 was the best day realistically imaginable.

There were a few 5s:

  • July 14th, 2024: I received the NSF CSGrad4US fellowship.
  • November 3rd, 2024: I finished the NYC Marathon in 3 hours 30 minutes despite some knee issues.

but what constitutes a 5 can change over time.
